The host clubs welcome the wider Round Table Family to Galați: Club 41–11 leads the AGM organisation, Round Table 12 is the local host, and Round Table 19 and Round Table 13 join as supporting clubs.

The optional Danube Delta trip runs from 18–21 May 2027. It will go ahead with a minimum of 15 participants. Places, itinerary and price are confirmed separately, so this experience has its own registration.
